Licensure Supervision for Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates
The rubber meets the road and it’s time to work as a psychotherapist, and now you need a supervisor! Equally as important as your education, clinical supervision is one of the most significant cornerstones to practice as a psychotherapist. As your supervisor, my goal is develop confident private practice therapists ready to independent work.
We’ll be the right fit if:

You’re relationally oriented. Techniques and trends come and go, but we’re going to focus on the here and now, process, transference, counter transference, and more relational dynamics.

You can commit. We’ll meet regularly (and often) to monitor progress.
What to expect:
50 minute virtual or in-person consultation appointments weekly or every-other-week.
Clinical guidance around transference, counter transference, and other relational dynamics.
Private practice business consultation, including billing, marketing, time management, and more.
Reflections and observations on where you as a person meets being a therapist.
One hour of my time is billed at your clinical rate.
