Ellie Goldrup, LMHCA, ATR-P

I provide person-centered therapy, supporting clients in recognizing and developing their strengths in order to meet life's challenges. Starting a personal growth journey takes courage, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space tailored to each individual’s needs.

My style is gentle, solution-oriented, and thoughtful. I believe people are inherently resilient and creative, but sometimes caged by our own limiting beliefs. Through exercises like thought challenging, art making, and guided meditations, together we can identify patterns in your life and how they may be impacting you. 

Growing up internationally, and starting a family of my own in Seattle has reinforced my connection to our shared humanity. Outside of the therapy room I am always trying to nurture my own curiosity and this can include running with my dog, volunteering with high school students, and sewing my own clothing.

Jennifer Petty, LMHC

I offer counseling to those facing uncertain futures. I help transform fear, worry, and doubt into confidence, intention, and purpose.

My style is collaborative, exploratory, and curious. You are the expert of your life, I'm just here to listen, relate, and sometimes offer a different perspective. I like to use warmth, empathy, and humor to connect.

I believe the best therapists are well-rounded with a variety of experiences outside of the therapy room. I've held professional positions involving writing and editing, design, marketing and sales, and hospitality before and after becoming a counselor. I'm a wife and mother. A Pacific Northwest native, I've lived in the South and East Coast before returning to Washington to open my practice.
